Hybrid Photovoltaic/Thermal solar collectors (PV/T or PVT) convert solar
radiation into electricity and heat. New PVT collectors with low cost
improvements are suggested by a Greek university in order to overcome the
performance limitations of PVT systems, with wide applications in buildings,
industry and agriculture. The research team is seeking to establish
commercial/manufacturing agreements with SMEs/industries and/or research centres
for further study and improvements.
