REACH Conference in Bratislava is organized for the fifth time combining lecturers and participants from different sectors of industry, authorities, experts and other stakeholders. This time the conference is organized in the period of full implementation of REACH legislation. Registration of high-volume and very hazardous chemicals as well CLP notification deadline are over. Also Authorisation process started by publishing the first list of chemicals in Annex XIV.
We especially focus this year on REACH and CLP implementation in Small and Medium Enterprices (SMEs).
To allow SMEs to have direct possibility to understand and communicate during the REACH Conference, simultaneous translation will be provided from English to German and Slovak languages.
During the Conference the most important topics will be discussed:
- Consequences of the first registration
- Classification, Labelling & Packaging (CLP)
- Authorisation
- CSA / CSR
- Exposure scenarios
- Downstream users communication
- IT Tools
- REACH legislation enforcement
The REACH Conference in year 2011 will include a session focused on chemicals registration / notification schemes in the markets outside EU:
- South Korea
- China
More to that, specific concern will be focused on the REACH implementation by industrial sectors. One of the major will be automotive indistry and related industries as well as downstream users organizations and their practical activities in terms of REACH and CLP legislations.
