Representatives from regions and poly-centric areas are warmly invited to join the Poly-SUMP High Level Policy Conference, addressing strategies to reduce travel needs and to encourage a shift of passenger to less energy-intensive modes.
Poly-SUMP aims to reduce energy consumption from transport and associated greenhouse emissions in "diffuse city" regions - areas characterised by several centres, where services and goods, and therefore transport needs, are scattered in different towns. Join the conference and learn about the innovative methodology developed within the project to foster the adoption of sustainable urban mobility plans in regions.
The conference is free of charge, but places are limited.
